From 1 September 2020, all watches sold in official and authorised Bvlgari shops include a three-year warranty. In addition, the international warranty can be extended from 3 to 5 years for watches in the Octo Finissimo, Gerald Genta, High Jewelry and Grande Complication collections.

Since this free service is offered exclusively to registered customers, if you wish to request a further extension of your watch’s international warranty for 2 years, simply click on “EXTEND THE WATCH WARRANTY” and fill in the form once you are logged in.
The digital warranty certificate, registered in the Bvlgari network, is recognised in all Bvlgari shops worldwide. It guarantees the date of purchase as well as the authenticity of the watch and applies to all manufacturing defects.

THE DIGITAL BULGARI WARRANTY CERTIFICATE KEEPING:
You will need to keep the digital warranty certificate in the same way as the warranty booklet. By means of the QR code or NFC tag attached to the digital warranty certificate you can, among other things, access detailed information about the watch and user manuals. Everything is therefore easier and more immediate.

IF I BOUGHT MY BULGARI WATCH BEFORE THE LAUNCH OF THE DIGITAL WARRANTY?
For watches purchased before the launch of the digital warranty programme, the original warranty booklet remains valid.
