Inaccessible content
The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reasons: Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose;
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available through text);
  • C.9.1.3.2 – In some cases, where the sequence in which the content is presented affects its meaning, this is only visual and not structural;
  • C.9.1.4.3 – The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required, except where provided for by law (e.g., logos);
  • C.9.1.4.4 – Some text, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized to 200 percent without using assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality;
  • C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) does not rearrange itself when the size displayed by the user program changes;
  • C.9.2.1.1 – Some features cannot be used via keyboard (or similar input interface);
  • C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, flashing, scrolling, or auto-refreshes of information that start automatically, last longer than five seconds, or are presented in parallel with other content, do not have mechanisms to stop or hide them;
  • C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation sequence affects their meaning and functionality, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves their meaning and functionality;
  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;
  • C.9.2.4.7 – The focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements;
  • C.9.3.2.2 – When the user changes the setting of any interface component (input), a change in context occurs;
  • C.9.3.3.1 – In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the element in error is not identified and/or the error is not described in text;
  • C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires input actions from the user;
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and scripted components), names, roles, states, properties, and values are not correct or set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when they change;
  • C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them without having to move the focus;
