Chantecler Capri 1947 bell charm<\/p>\n

Capri, 1947: for us, the origin of everything. The war is over and it\u2019s now time to look at the future with trust and optimism. Chantecler was born from this desire to start afresh in the name of beauty. In 1987, to celebrate 40 years from the opening of its first boutique, Chantecler creates the Capri 1947 Collection: a unique combinations of corals, hard and precious stones recalling the joy of that moment and embodying the atmospheres of the Capri summers. The juxtaposition of cabochon cut stones, with different gauges and dimensions, gives to these jewels the movement, softness and three-dimensionality typical of all high-jewelry creations. The creative energy of \u201cCapri 1947\u201d goes beyond any jewelry conventional stylistic feature: it\u2019s the irruption of the extraordinary in the everyday life, so exquisitely Chantecler, showed in every detail, in a glimpse of light, in a refined and unique interpretation of the jewel.<\/p>\n

The history of Chantecler Jewels<\/h4>\n

Capri represents for us the origin of everything. Here energies, colours and perfumes create something unique and extraordinary every day that we have lovingly transformed into jewels.<\/p>\n

Today Chantecler would not be the same company if Capri, besides being the fulcrum of our balance, was not also the center of a world that decides styles and marks the times. Our island has always been a meeting place for the most influential personalities, the cover stars and the leading intellectuals who give it the international spirit that makes it so special and that has given us the privilege of being able to grow.<\/p>\n

Chantecler is the story of a great friendship between Pietro Capuano<\/a> and Salvatore Aprea, two very different men, both special. Pietro Capuano, nicknamed Chantecler by everyone because of his habit of celebrating until dawn, was a man with an extravagant personality. A dandy, heir to a noble family of Neapolitan jewelers, who knew how to enchant the guests of his memorable parties.<\/p>\n

Salvatore Aprea was a young man from Capri, stubborn and rebellious. Despite his law studies, he decided to dedicate his life to art and especially to Fine Jewellery. A creative mind that was able to exploit his visionary imagination to create masterpieces of admirable manufacture.<\/p>\n
