The Reverso watch, whose Latin name means “I turn around”, was created in 1931 to resist the hard blows of a polo game: it is possible to rotate the case inside its structure to protect the sapphire crystal of the watch. Considered a classic of Art Deco design, the Reverso watch is still produced today. This Jaeger model has also been made famous again by Christopher Nolan’s Batman<\/a> trilogy in which Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) wears a different one in each film.
