FECAROTTA GIOIELLI S.R.L. cannot be held responsible in case of non-delivery of returns by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p>F.G. FECAROTTA GIOIELLI S.R.L. will take every precaution to avoid that the returned items are different in whole or in part from those shipped.<\/p>\n<p>Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, F.G. FECAROTTA GIOIELLI S.R.L. will refund the customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made through a payment method chosen by F.G.
