Persons who have a different passport from the EU have the right of VAT exemption by ex Art. 8 Dpr 633\/72.<\/p>\n<p>In case of payment by bank transfer the items will be sent once the transfer has been accredited.<\/p>\n<p>The billing will be issued at the moment of expedition of the goods (for private only the tax payer&#8217;s code is necessary).<\/p>\n<p>For people residing abroad (outside Europe), the VAT amount will be deducted at the moment of purchase. Any duties and incidental costs applied by the country of residence will always be charged to the customer.<br \/>\nThe parcel will be home delivered by courier.<\/p>\n<p>In case of absence at the moment of delivery, a notification might be left. At the delivery date all details, in order to contact the courier indicated, will be sent to you.<\/p>\n<p>If the goods, should be in any way damaged, or faulty or sent by error, they will be substituted by the person in charg; only if damages or faults are immediately reported via recordered delivery, will the client be able to return the goods at our business premises in via &#8220;Ruggero Settimo 68, 90141 Palermo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The goods must be intact and in their original condition. Our authorized staff will refund you within the legal terms and at the net price after dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, F.G. FECAROTTA GIOIELLI S.R.L. will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made using the payment method we decide at the moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This sale has to be considered subject to the D.I. gs. 206\/05, which gives the faculty for the buyer (only if private), to assert the right of withdrawal within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. This right consists in the faculty of returning the goods purchased to the seller and the subsequent refund of its purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>Only shipping charges of returns are to be paid by the customers.<br \/>\n<strong>The goods must be intact and in the original condition<\/strong>. To safeguard, to garantee prompt and adeguate delivery of the goods F.G. FECAROTTA GIOIELLI S.R.L., cannot be considered responsible for any eventual failing of returns delivery.<\/p>\n<p>F.G. FECAROTTA GIOIELLI S.R.L. will take every precaution to avoid that the returned items are different in whole or in part from those shipped.<\/p>\n<p>F.G. FECAROTTA GIOIELLI S.R.L. it reserve the right to cancel the sale within 5 Days from order resulting in the return of the payed amount.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WITHDRAWAL FOR ITEMS PLACED IN THE CATALOGUE FOR EACH CUSTOMER<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>F.G. Fecarotta Gioielli, following telephone, email or whatsapp messaging conversations with the Customer, can insert the article specifically requested in the online catalogue.
